Our monthly
plan of $90 a month for four months is just a suggestion you are welcome to pay
more or less and at any frequency you would like as long as you have made a
deposit of $180 by Tuesday August 30th (July and August Payments) and the total trip
balance of $360 is paid by October 10th.
IMPORTANT!! IMPORTANT!! IMPORTANT!!
We must have
50 students participate to be able to take this trip. In the event that we do
not have enough students pay the deposit we will not be able to travel and
refunds will be issued for any money paid. However after we have 50
participants and the deposit has been payed to the travel agent ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be
given for any reason, and you will be charged the remainder of the trip cost
even if you do not attend. This is because once we pay the travel agent they
then pay to hotel and bus companies and there is no way to refund your money.
By signing I
understand that after the deposit of $180 has been paid to the travel agent
there will be absolutely no refunds issued for any reason and I will be
charged for the remainder of the trip regardless of participation.
