Concessions Tent – 1 Large or 2 small – Trish Stanley is ordering large?

Grill – 1 Large or 2 small – Trish Stanley is ordering large?

Gate – 1 Small

Funnel Cakes & Oreos – 1 Small

Greeter – 1 Small


Coolers:

Hospitality Tent – 3 or 4

Concessions Tent - 3

Concessions – 1 for Burgers
1 for Hot Dogs

Stands – 2 for drinks

Grill – 2 for Burgers
2 for Hot Dogs
2 for French Fries

Funnel Cakes & Fried Oreos – 2 for Mixes


Electric Roasters:
2 for Chili – Bridget Goodson has one?

Microwaves: 2 Willifords have 2


Fry cooker with 2 baskets: James Oakley has ordered


Deep Fryers (for Oreos): 2 Oakleys will bring

Trailers (12’-16’): 8 (Chris War is borrowing from Gore’s)


Vehicles to pull trailers (ATVs or trucks/SUVs with hitches): 8 (Chris Ward is looking into borrowing 8 tractors)
